What the position involves:

Delivering & collecting to/from our customers premises Northern England/Scotland & or trunking between depots.

Loading/Unloading and securing load
-
Dealing with customers face to face
-
Keeping in regular contact with transport office team for updates on progress and managing customer’s expectations.

Attending training sessions.

Salary
Night Shift - on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern – 12hrs - Salary £32,734 (with opportunity to work additional shifts at £179.86 per shift on Monday to Friday OR £203.32 per shifts on Saturday and Sunday)
Skills/Knowledge
-
Have experience in driving curtain-side trailers
-
Must hold a valid UK Class 1 licence
-
Hold a current DCPC Card and Digital Tachograph Driver Card.

Confident, polite and a team player.
-
Excellent customer service skills.
-
Good geographical knowledge.
-
Experience preferred but training available for the right candidate.
