Job Title: Fleet Administrator


Job Description

The Role is to provide support to the Fleet Department, including administration, purchasing and practical/technical assistance, enabling the efficient and effective vehicle and equipment maintenance.

The role involves maintaining and updating the Fleet Maintenance System; document scanning and filing and providing timely KPI data in line with company procedures.


You will be required to price check fuel and other supplies; liaise with external and internal maintenance providers and scrutinise reports received and maintain accurate vehicle history records in accordance with legislation.


Knowledge, Skills & Experience

You should have excellent communication skills; experience in computer systems and have the ability to work on own initiative and part of a team.


You should be motivated and able to work without supervision once training has been provided for the role.


You should have a professional telephone manner when dealing with internal colleagues and external suppliers.


Car drivers licence essential.


Any technical and practical skills would be an advantage, within this role.

We are looking for a bright, hard-working and down to earth person who has a keen eye for detail. You should have a good telephone manner. A knowledge of vehicle systems would be advantageous but not essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
