Jennifer Whyberd Managing Director
Jennifer's career started with the family business in 1972 as Company Secretary & Accountant before being appointed Director in 1995 and becoming Managing Director of the Group in 2001. Jennifer plays a key role in the Group's milk haulage activities. Her proven risk management experience is a valuable asset in leading the business and developing strategy and vision in the Haulage and Transportation industry.

She lead the business in developing Training & Apprenticeships, recognised in 2005 with LSC Employer of the Year Award and Motor Transport Training Award; and becoming an NPTC Test Centre in 2009 and Driver CPC Training Centre in 2010.

Derek Armstrong Livestock Director
Derek started his career within the company in 1979, as an auto-electrician. He soon followed his father into livestock haulage becoming a well-known figure in markets throughout the UK. A member of the RHA Livestock Group he plays a key role in consultations with Defra and other organisations. He was appointed Director in 1995 and as Livestock Director, Derek plays a pivotal role in delivering the Group's livestock strategy.

Geof Armstrong Sales Director
Geof started his career with Wm Armstrong's as an HGV Mechanic in 1981. He went on to carry out a broad range of roles including HGV Driver, Planner, Manager and was appointed Director in 1995. His comprehensive experience has given him an in-depth understanding of every level of the business. Geof is key to leading contract negotiations and building relationships with key customers. Geof's extensive experience in the Logistics Industry is a valuable asset to the company and as a member of the Palletforce Network. As Sales Director, he plays a vital role in delivering the Group's sales strategy.

Debbie Winter Company Accountant & Company Secretary
Debbie graduated from Robert Gordon University with BA (Hons) in Business Studies and went on to qualify as a Chartered Accountant with Armstrong Watson & Co, Carlisle. She joined the Group in 2000 bringing several years of audit experience with her. Debbie has re-shaped the Group's financial reporting and analysis. She has developed key financial strategies to provide a strong foundation to support business growth.
