Scheme Rules

 

If you have a friend who is looking for a new opportunity, recommend them to apply for a job at Wm Armstrong Group and you could both receive £500.

 

The Finders Keepers – Refer a Friend scheme is open to all Wm Armstrong Group employees who recommend a friend (not already know to the Group) and who go on to work for the Group.

 

Terms & Conditions

 

1. The Finders Keepers – Refer a Friend scheme rules come into effect from 1st April 2023

2. The Finders Keepers – Refer a Friend scheme will replace any previous schemes that have been in place within Wm Armstrong Group, e.g., Finders Keepers for Lorry Drivers and the Driver Incentive Scheme.

3. The Finders Keepers – Refer a Friend scheme is only payable for new referrals after 1st April 2023.

4. Finders Keepers is payable to both the Finder and the New Recruit on the following terms:

5. After 4 months continuous full-time service by both the Finder and the Recruit a payment of £150 will be paid

6. After 8 months continuous full-time service by both the Finder and the Recruit a second payment of £150 will be paid.

7. After 12 months continuous full-time service by both the Finder and the Recruit a third payment of £200 will be paid.

8. The qualifying date is the date the Recruit commences work for the business e.g. contract date.

9. Both the Finder and the Recruit must continue to be in full-time employment with a Group company at the time of payment.

10. If either party leaves the business for whatever reason the payment will not be paid.

11. Payments will be paid through payroll.

Procedure

1. The Finder should complete the form on the website and submit to HR via website or by form in office.

2. A  ‘referral' does not guarantee that the Recruit will be given a job. 

3. The New Recruit should follow the recruitment process as per the procedure at the time of applying.
